Unless you are handy and willing to jury rig what you buy, don't purchase the antique blue cabinet. I kept it because it is what I needed for the color and space plus I don't think I could have gotten back in the box. But I had to drill multiple new holes and use my own screws to complete this piece. None of the 6 holes to attach the backboard lined up, the backboard itself was a sketchy fit. The hole to attach the middle divider did not line up. They failed to drill holes on one side if the middle divider for the shelf pegs and one of the door handles crumbled in my hand while I was trying to screw it on which was only more hilarious because the screw was too short to catch the threads (because it looks like metal but it's plastic). Will be going to buy new door pulls this weekend. And the door magnets only line up on one door. Even if everything had lined up, this is not an easy piece to assemble. The screws all use an allen wrench that is provided but are placed in a way that won't allow more than a half turn before having to remove/reposition the wrench. You have to be pretty flexible to see what your doing to attach the top. All of that being said, once I find new door pulls, this piece will look pretty nice. It definitely looks nicer assembled than it feels as far as the quality of the materials it's made of. This is definitely a buyer beware purchase.Where do I start? (1) The cabinet is not square (90 degree angles aren't all at 90 degrees.) Warped panels? This causes one door to stick at the top and the other at the bottom. I'll post pics. (2) One of the two handles was curved so the back plate didn't fit and the screws wouldn't reach the threads. With little pressure, the underplate broke and then broke again. (I'm breaking metal here... With my bare hands and very little effort.). Filed for a new handle, so we'll see how that goes.(3) Not all of the holes line up... So I was left over with 2 bolts that didn't line up with embedded nut. Also, don't try to ovedtightenen b/c a fre other nuts came out from the wood.(4) It also smells funny. I can overlook this, but it was worth noting. It's probably the paint they put on it.My wife wants me to return it, but I don't feel like taking it apart at this point. We'll see if I get the replacement handle. I wouldn't recommend this cabinet. For the most part the cabinet seems easy to put together, but the middle center divider was put together upsidedown ( the cutout and the dowel pegs, and the door latch magnets where upside down)I had to cut a notch to match the back of the drawer brace in order to be able to use the center dividerpoor quality control prior to shippingIt’s came undamaged and assembled except for the legs. The drawer are ridiculously small and though they are 6 inches in length, they only open 4”! The inside drawers have no stopper, so pull right out of the cabinet. The color said “antique white” but it’s definitely got a grey/green hue to it. With $70 for shipping, it’s not worth it.This furniture is a beautiful design and color, however, it was made very poorly and cheap for how much it costs. On the front door there was a piece of wood where the corners met that was not sanded smooth at all and a sliver came off causing there to be a non painted spot of wood. The cutouts also we're not sanded before painted and there's rough edges and sawdust stuck to it where it was painted so if I try to smooth it out, it'll take off the paint. Also when looking up close, you can see that they didn't do enough layers of paint, not did they put a sealant on it. And the glass part,. Not sure if it's even glass, it sounds like plexiglass when I tap on it and it's not as clear looking as glass typically is. Otherwise, it was fairly easy to put together by myself. I'm just going to have to try to find a paint that matches it to fix the spot where the paint came off and put a clear protective coating on it.The online pictures make it look better than it is. The cabinet I got had filler on the front door with a bad paint touch-up. There are dirty fingerprints and smudges all over and only some came off. I bought this based on the pictures and that the back looked decent, but it is not as the pictures. The shelf is not sturdy and I don't think you could put the amount of weight on it without it bowing. Also, it doesn't even sit level on the ground as the legs are not the same length. For some reason, I thought it had tempered glass, but it is plastic. I buy a lot on Amazon and I am beyond disappointed in this purchase which is not normal. The quality is bad, so don't waste your money. Go to IKEA instead for better quality for the money. My sideboard arrived with the box and a door damaged in shipping, but the supplier was great and quickly sent out replacement doors. I knocked off a star because some doors were tricky to line up and the black coloring is easy to scratch off in some areas. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and love it as a centerpiece of our home. This was super hard to put together. 2 pieces were cracked/broken out of the box. Also, not all pieces were cut to fit. It took a lot of maneuvering to get all the pieces to line up.
