My main annoyance is that all four screws that come with each part are the undercut type that is meant to go into a countersunk hole in the metal or wood, but only the flat metal piece itself is drilled out to receive this. So the screws in the other piece, that holds the magnets, do not screw flat against the metal.Ease of installation - if you have a drill and know how to start holes with a hammer and punch, then it's easy. If you're just a regular homeowner with a screwdriver and not much else, it's not gonna be easy.They were hard to put on until I switched screws. Once I used my own screws they were much easier to put on. Once on they work well.I live in a 100 year old home with a built in ironing board. The door to the ironing board never actually stayed closed. I installed this magnetic closure and VOILÀ, it now stays closed.This product really holds my cabinet doors closed.My husband and I moved into an older home and we had no idea that one of the kitchen cabinet doors was wonky and would just pop open randomly! So instead of building new cabinets right now, we got these magnet latches and they are amazing! Super easy to install and worked immediately! The cabinet door no longer pops open when we walk by it. Such a great idea and an inexpensive fix!The manufactor needs to improve the screws . Sockets screws were broken and would'n take the screwdriver tip .Good solid metal and magnet. However, I am not sure it's 20lb of magnetic force.
